Lakeside at Hamlin is a neighborhood community of homes in Winter Garden, FL located in Hamlin, one of the Horizon West villages in Orange County. The neighborhood started construction in 2021 and now has 151 homes.
The neighborhood is governed by the Lakeside at Hamlin Homeowners Association, Inc. which has a board of directors and a professional management company. Our mailing address is

Effective January 1, 2025, the Lakeside at Hamlin HoA dues are:
- Dues: $176.00 per month for all homes
- Lawn care service charge: Add $95.00 per month for lots 1-35, 52-54, & 80-99 only, total $271.00
